From Chaos to Clarity: The LaunchMotive Story
Why I built this for founders like you — and what I had to learn the hard way to get here.
Hi, I’m Kenneth — And I’ve Been in the Mess Too
Before I ever coached anyone, I was the one waking up at 3am questioning everything. Wrestling with self-doubt. Drowning in decisions. Wondering if the hustle would ever turn into real traction.
I’ve been the solo founder, the team lead, the operator, and the executive. I’ve pitched VCs with sweaty hands and walked away thinking I blew it. I’ve crashed ventures, scaled others, and lost sleep over the same challenges I now help founders navigate with clarity.
What I learned, often painfully, is that first-time founders don’t fail because they lack talent or work ethic. They fail because they don’t know what to focus on when everything feels urgent.
That’s why I started LaunchMotive.

The Program I Wish I Had
There are plenty of startup accelerators, playbooks, and online communities. But most of them give you a list of things to do — without helping you figure out what you should do now.
LaunchMotive is different.
It’s built to meet you where you are, in the phase you’re in, with a personalized roadmap that clears the fog.
No jargon. No hustle theater.
Just real strategy, real conversations, and a path that makes sense.
The Most Personal Reason
I’m also a dad. My daughter carries the same entrepreneurial spark I’ve always had, and I have the privilege of being her sounding board, coach, and biggest fan.
There’s one thing I often tell her:
“Learn from my mistakes. I’ve already paid the price for those lessons, so you don’t have to”
That’s not just parenting advice. It’s the heartbeat of LaunchMotive.
I show up for every founder the same way: with empathy, honesty, and a commitment to help them succeed faster, with fewer missteps.
